Read through the contractor onboarding packet for pay structure, expectations, and equipment requirements.

Step 2

Complete Digital On Boarding Form

Fill out your contact details, equipment info, and basic qualifications.

Step 3

Take Driver Safety Test

Complete the driver safety test to confirm your understanding of Spectrum safety expectations and DOT-compliant behavior.

Step 4

Submit Required Documents

Email the following items:

  • Driver’s license & medical card

  • Truck & trailer registration

  • Insurance certificate

  • W-9 & direct deposit info

  • Any required permits

Step 5

Contract/Policies

Read entire contract. Sign all policies and contract and email back.
